Returns

All sales are final, with the exception of defective products.
If an order is fulfilled with an error due to SlyFox the order will be replaced at no additional cost.
Return shipping, if necessary will be at the expense of the customer.
Defective items will be exchanged like-for-like.

Premier Companies Store will generally consider returns of unused or unworn defective products within two (2) business days of receipt.

Shipping

We want your buying experience with us to be a pleasant one. In order to keep shipping simple and cost-effective, Sly Fox, Inc. will ship Premier Companies Store products via UPS and USPS.

Items are shipped only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
For parcel delivery we offer UPS and USPS.
All products purchased from Sly Fox, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipping contract in which the risk of loss and title for the items pass to the buyer upon receipt of the product by the carrier.
Sly Fox, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damaged product from shipment. Sly Fox, Inc. Does not own or operate any of the vehicles which ship our products.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all shipments for any damage.
Any shortages and hidden damages or defects in goods must be reported to Sly Fox, Inc. within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
Shipping costs are solely the buyer's responsibility and will be added upon total completion of the order.
Product delivery is sometimes delayed for reasons out of our control. We are constantly monitoring our inventory levels and receiving shipments at our warehouse locations. If an item is not available at the time of production, the product will be replaced with a like item.
Tracking numbers for your orders will be provided upon shipment.
Any shipments made to customers in Indiana will be charged the state's applicable sales tax.
